The DSC-2L manages all the phases of meat and cheese seasoning. It was born from a close collaboration among cabinets manufacturers, ham and charcuterie producers from the Umbrian region and our research and development department.
The DSC-2L simultaneously controls the temperature, humidity and ventilation in the chamber, and the acidity, weight loss and sallinity of the products.
The device keeps under control the variables state to assure the expected values are respected, in order to reach product excellence.
The DSC-2L comes out as the ideal instrument for industrial seasoning processes due to its completely automatic management and the simplicity of the manual operation for fine tuning specific cycles,
All the data is registered and it’s foreseen the transmission to PC or mobiles through Bluetooth, allowing graphics generation to accurately check each process phase.
The DSC-2L holds 20 programs with 20 programmable phases each, to organize every working cycle according to each particular needs. It counts on a wide installer parameters set to fit different type of chambers, special screens for check tests and a selftesting procedure with emergency procedures to complete the cycle in case of fault.
