Economic controller
VEGOC is an economic electronic controller for ventilated ovens normally employed in pastry shops or bakeries.
It monitors the baking Temp, baking Time, and the steam injection time.
A number of 20 baking programs can be stored and recalled by the user.
One program is made of 6 phases. In each phase can be specified baking Temp, baking Time, and steam injection time.
The user, during baking, can manually activate the steam injection for the needed time.
Oven Temp control can be made according to the product Temp probe.
The user’s interface is made of 4 displays of 13mm to visualize baking Temp, baking Time, steam injection time, program No. and ongoing phase.
A number of 11 function buttons are present to ease the use of the controller.
The operator panel is in polycarbonate supported by an aluminium plate.
Interface panel graphics and dimensions can be personalized according to customer’s specs.
